Brian has taken a “big data” approach throughout his career, developing expertise in federal contracts, federal opportunities and budget data analysis. He provides market analyses to federal contractors.
Previously he served as an analyst at Bloomberg Government, where he pioneered IDIQ contract vehicle coverage. He spent the first part of his career as a journalist for Government Executive, National Journal and Congressional Quarterly, giving him a deep understanding of federal policy and procedure that he infuses in his contracts analysis.
Stephanie is a DoD/Federal Government Acquisition veteran. She spent years working acquisition for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) as well as multiple Government Contractors and Startups. She has won contracts across DoD and the Federal Government.
Stephanie leads the BD Squared Best in Class Acquisition Business, working to lead companies to Prime Spots on the Best in Class GWACS.
